Sensation Plus payment instructions and return policy for on-line purchases.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Paypal prefered. I will also accept postal order or banker's draft. Payments by cheque/order may delay shipping as it must clear bank (in some instances). IF YOU INTEND ON SENDING A CHEQUE, PLEASE CONTACT ME. ALL CHEQUE PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PLACING AN ORDER WITH SENSATIONPLUS.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please allow from 2 to 7 days for delivery for uk, from receipt of payment via paypal or card payments. Overseas delivery upto 2 weeks. For cheques please add a further 5 days for uk. Overseas cheques please add additional 5.50 pounds sterling, (bank Clearing charges). Overseas customers postage 1st class recorded, please contact me for quotes. I can offer cheaper postage but cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Any overpayment of postage, less handling, will be refunded via paypal. IF YOU REQUIRE NORMAL DELIVERY PLEASE LET ME KNOW, AS I WILL NOT HAVE ANY FROOF OF POSTAGE. INSURANCE INCLUDED ON ALL ITEMS.

Damaged Goods / Misrepresentation

If upon receipt you find your goods have been damaged or not as described, we will happily exchange the goods for another or if this is not possible to other goods of your satisfaction, or provide a full refund of goods excluding postage.

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if within 7 days of receiving the goods you change your mind, we are happy to provide a full refund for the items, less any postage costs, upon return of the goods.
